What's inside

Program structure.

Week 1

Getting to know your system

Days 1–7. Foundations: body, mind and relationship together, how erections work, the pelvic floor, and your starting point.

Week 2

Supporting your erections

Days 8–14. Pelvic-floor support, relaxation, fantasy and real sex, attention without inspection, and rewriting "failure".

Week 3

Taking charge of timing

Days 15–20. Noticing arousal, early signals, start–stop, the squeeze technique, and unhelpful thoughts.

Week 4

More pleasure, more connection

Days 21–25. Pleasure over performance, sensate focus, talking about it, and keeping desire alive.

Week 5

Putting it all together

Days 26–30. Your personal pattern, a relapse-prevention plan, a 3-days-a-week routine, and graduation.

Safety first

Know before you start.

  • Never do pelvic-floor exercises while urinating.
  • Keep breathing normally — never hold your breath.
  • Lift, then relax fully before the next lift.
  • Keep your buttocks, thighs and stomach relaxed.
  • Build up slowly, aiming for 10-second holds. Never go beyond 10 seconds.
  • Pain or any worrying symptom means stop and see a doctor.
  • Sexual-skill practices are optional and every day has a version with no sexual activity.
